HD 99922is adouble starsystem in the constellation ofCrater.It shines with anapparent visual magnitudeof 5.77 from a distance of about 450light years(140parsecs) away from theEarth.The primary star is anA-typemain sequencestar; the secondary star is located about 8 arcseconds away.[7]
