Herbi Felsinger(4 June 1934 – 29 April 2018)[1]was a Sri Lankancricket umpire.[2]The 17 international fixtures he officiated in included sixTest matchesbetween 1982 and 1986 and elevenOne Day Internationalsbetween 1982 and 1986.[3]He also stood in Sri Lanka'sfirst Test matchin February 1982.[4]
