Hora Sara[1]is an ancient treatise onHindu astrology,in relation todivination,written in theSanskritSlokaformat. Its author, Prithuyasas, was the son ofVarahamihira(505–587 CE).[2]
The text was represented in the 17th centuryHora Ratna,[3]where it was stated that "Prithuyasas occupies the zenith in the astrological world through his work, Hora Sara".[4]
