Huamboy[1](possibly fromQuechuawamp'uy "to navigate, to sail, to travel by boat" )[2]is an archaeological site with cemeteries and a village on a hill of the same name inPeru.It is located in theArequipa Region,Camaná Province,Nicolás de Piérola District.[1]The complex was declared a National Cultural Heritage byResolución Directoral NacionalNo. 1106/INC on August 4, 2009.[1]
