Huayllati Districtis one of the fourteendistrictsof the provinceGrauinPeru.[1]

Ethnic groups

The people in the district are mainlyindigenouscitizens ofQuechuadescent.Quechuais the language which the majority of the population (90.74%) learnt to speak in childhood, 8.73% of the residents started speaking using theSpanishlanguage (2007 Peru Census).[2]
