Hunting Creekis a cove andtributarystreamof thePotomac Riverbetween theCity of AlexandriaandFairfax CountyinVirginia.It is formed byCameron Runflowing from the west. The community ofHuntingtontakes its name from the creek.Jones Pointforms the north side.Dyke Marshis just to the south. TheGeorge Washington Memorial ParkwayandMount Vernon Trailcross it on a bridge.

The creek is sometimes referred to as "Great Hunting Creek", to distinguish it fromLittle Hunting Creek.
