TheIBM ThinkPad 560is a notebook series from theThinkPadline byIBM.[1][2][3]It has been argued that the ThinkPad 560 was the firstultraportablenotebook.[4]

The laptop won theiF Product Design Awardin 1997 for the product discipline.[5]A review byZDNetconsidered the ThinkPad 560X a good desktop replacement if it was combined with aport replicator.[6]
