Irène Galter(16 September 1931 – 7 June 2018) was an Italian actress.
Life and career[edit]
Born inMeranoasIrene Patuzzi,during the first half of the 1950s Galter was called the "ideal girlfriend" of Italians.[1]She was casually discovered in a shop where she worked as a clerk byGiuseppe De Santis,who launched her career in 1952 with theneorealist filmRome 11:00.[1]After a number of successful films, she married theSouth Tyroleanentrepreneur Otto Lughin and retired from showbusiness.[1]
