Josh Inman(born March 13, 1980) is an Americanrower.Inman was born and raised inHillsboro, Oregon,where he graduated fromHillsboro High Schooland became anEagle Scout.He lettered with theOregon State Beaversmen's rowing team during the years 2000–2003.[2]After graduation, he joined the US National Team with some success and was selected as theUSRowingMale athlete of the year in 2005. In the2008 Summer Olympics,he won a bronze medal in themen's eight.[3]He won theStewards' Challenge Cupat the 2010Henley Royal Regatta.

Legacy

Josh Inmanhas contributed a great deal to the sport of rowing. He serves as a part-time coach for the University of Oregon rowing team and has an Empacher shell named after him, which resides at the Oregon State University boathouse.Josh Inmanhas two nephews, Oliver Inman and Charlie Inman who row competitively in youth rowing programs across the United States.
