Julie Ann Emery(born January 16, 1975) is an American television and film actress. She is best known for her roles in the television seriesBetter Call Saul,Preacher,andFive Days at Memorial.She has appeared in films such asHitchandGifted.
Early life[edit]
Emery was born and raised inCrossville, Tennessee,the daughter of computer analyst Janice (née Fields) and dairy farmer Gary Emery.[1]She graduated from Cumberland County High School in 1993 in Crossville then studied acting at the Webster Conservatory atWebster UniversityinSt. Louis,Missouri.[2]
Career[edit]
Emery began her career at the age of 16 and has appeared in several stage productions, such asA Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the ForumandBye Bye Birdie.She has appeared in films and television series such asER,CSI: Miami,Taken,Commander in Chief,Line of Fire,Hitch,Suits,Bosch,andFargo.She played recurring characterBetsy Kettlemanin the first and sixth seasons ofBreaking Badspin-offBetter Call Saul.She reprised the role in a short film titledNo Picnic.[3]
In 2017, Emery joined the main cast for the second season of the television seriesPreacher,in the role ofSarah Featherstone.
Personal life[edit]
Emery is married to actorKevin Earley;[4]they met while attending Webster Conservatory. She lives inLos Angeles,California.[citation needed]Emery enjoyshydroponics.[5]
