Kallu(transl. Eyes) is a 1988 Indian Telugu-Language ethnographicdrama filmbased on the lives of five blind people directed byM. V. Raghu,based onGollapudi Maruti Rao's play with the same name.[1][2]In 2018, the film celebrated its 30th anniversary by "Mukhi Media" in Hyderabad.[3]

The film won four stateNandi Awards,and theFilmfare Award for Best Direction.It was screened in Indian panorama section of theInternational Film Festival of India,and theHyderabad Film Festival.[4]The film won thirty awards including special mention from theCBFCJury.[5][6][7]
