TheKaneangare an indigenousNoongarpeople of the south west region ofWestern Australia.

The Kaneang traditional lands enclosed some 4,800 square miles (12,000 km2) of territory. On theUpper Blackwood River.The eastern boundary was formed by the line that runs fromKatanning,Tambellup,Cranbrook,andTenterden.Kaneang lands took inKojonup,Qualeup,Donnybrook,GreenbushesandBridgetown.They camped around the headwaters of both theWarrenandFranklandrivers and along the southern bank of theCollie Riveras far asCollie.[1]
