Khirbet al-Tin Mahmoud(Arabic:خربة تين محمود,also spelledKhirbet at-Teen Mahmud) is a village in westernSyria,administratively part of theHoms Governorate,east ofHoms.Nearby localities includeKhirbet al-Sawdato the northeast,al-Ghor al-Gharbiyato the north,Shinto the west andKhirbet Tin Nurto the south. According to theCentral Bureau of Statistics(CBS), Khirbet al-Tin Mahmoud had a population of 866 in the 2004 census.[1]
