Kim Jong-hyeok(born 31 March 1983) is a South Koreanfootballrefereewho has been a full international referee forFIFA.

Kim became a FIFA referee in 2009.[1]He also refereed in2014 FIFA World Cup qualifiers,[2]beginning with the opening-round match betweenMongoliaandMyanmar.[3]
