Kinugawa-Onsen Station(Quỷ nộ xuyên ôn tuyền dịch,Kinugawa-Onsen-eki)is arailway stationin the city ofNikkō, Tochigi,Japan, operated by theprivate railwayoperatorTobu Railway.The station is numbered "TN-56".
Lines[edit]
Kinugawa–Onsen Station is served by theTobu Kinugawa Line,with direct services to and from Asakusa and Shinjuku in Tokyo, and is 12.4 km from the starting point of the line atShimo-Imaichi.[1]

History[edit]
The station opened on 17 March 1919 asShimo-Taki Station(Hạ lung dịch).It was renamedOtaki Station(Đại lung dịch)on 19 March 1922, and Kinugawa-Onsen on 19 February 1927.[1]
From 17 March 2012, station numbering was introduced on all Tobu lines, with Kinugawa–Onsen Station becoming "TN-55".[2]It was renumbered "TN-56" on 21 April 2017 ahead of the opening ofTobu World Square Station(TN-55) in July 2017.[3]
Aturntablewas installed next to the station during 2016 for turning the steam locomotive to be used on steam-hauled tourist trains operating betweenShimo-Imaichiand Kinugawa-Onsen from summer 2017.[4]The turntable was acquired from the JR WestMiyoshi StationinHiroshima Prefecture.[4]

Passenger statistics[edit]
In fiscal 2019, the station was used by an average of 2731 passengers daily (boarding passengers only).[5]
