Kond (chieftain)
Kond(Könd, Künd, Kund, Kend, KendeorKurszán) was – according to chroniclerAnonymus– one of theseven chieftains of the Magyars(Hungarians), wholedthe Hungarians to theCarpathian Basinin 895.
Probably he was the father ofKurszán.His second son,Kaplonwas the founder of thekindred of Kaplon.[1]
