Lôn Cambriais the section in Wales ofNational Cycle Route 81in the BritishNational Cycle Network,which runs fromAberystwythtoWolverhampton.[1][2]

Lôn Cambria is a 113-mile (182 km) cycle route that runs from Aberystwyth on the west coast of Wales toShrewsburyinEngland.It crosses theCambrian Mountains,passes theElan Valleyreservoirs, and continues through the rolling country ofMid WalesandShropshire,climbing over theLong MountainnearWelshpool.It is often paired withLôn Teifiwhich continues toFishguardin southwest Wales. The nameLôn CambriaisWelshfor "Cambrian Road".

The main route, National Cycle Route 81, is oriented mostly from southwest to northeast, except for a sizeable detour through theElan Valleyand the town ofRhayader.Route 818 makes a shortcut through a difficult mountain pass to bypass these.
