TheLTV-N-4was an American experimental rocket, developed by theNaval Ordnance Test Stationfor the development and testing of large solid-fueled rocket boosters forramjet-powered missiles. Described as "more powerful than theV-2",a number of test flights were conducted during 1949.[1][2]
