Lennik(Dutch pronunciation:[ˈlɛnɪk]) is amunicipalitylocated in theBelgianprovince ofFlemish Brabant.The municipality comprises the towns ofSint-Kwintens-Lennik,Sint-Martens-Lennik,Eizeringen andGaasbeek.It is also situated in thePajottenland.On January 1, 2006, Lennik had a total population of 8,694. The total area is 30.80 km2which gives apopulation densityof 282 inhabitants per km2.

On its territory is the nationalGaasbeek Castlemuseum. A 4 metre high statue of Prince (a traditional plough horse) stands on the Market Place.
