Playing career[edit]

While playing for theOtahuhu Leopardsin 1994 Joe was selected to representNew Zealand Māoriat thePacific Cup.[1]

In 1995 he played for theCounties Manukau Heroesin theLion Red Cup.[2]

He is a formerOtahuhu Leopardsjunior and has represented theCook Islands,including at the2000 World Cup.
