Leslie-Ann Te Atahira Elder(néeKetu;born 10 January 1987) is a New Zealandrugby unionplayer. She debuted for theBlack Fernson 27 June 2015 againstCanadaatCalgary.[1][2]She was selected for the2017 Women's Rugby World Cupsquad.[3][4]She is the Bay of Plenty Rugby Union women's development officer.[5]Prior to the World Cup Ketu was also part of the Black Ferns squad that participated in the 2017 International Women's Rugby Series againstCanada,AustraliaandEngland.[6][7]

Elder captained theChiefs Manawato their inauguralSuper Rugby Aupikititle in 2022.[1][8]She announced her retirement from rugby on 18 November.[2][8]
