M. P. Nachimuthu Mudaliyar(28 March 1913 – 27 June 1987)[2][3]was an IndianPadma Shriaward winner[4]in 1983 for his social work in thehand loomfield. He was the founder of Chentex Hand Looms inChennimalai.[1]

AnEngineering Collegeis constructed in Chennimalai with his name by J. Sudhanandhen.[5]
