Marcel Willard(25 July 1889 – 17 February 1956) was a French lawyer and politician. He served in theFrench ArmyduringWorld War I,and was awarded theCroix de Guerrefor it.[2]He earned a bachelor of laws and began his career as a lawyer.[2]He then served in theFrench ResistanceduringWorld War II,and was awarded the Croix de Guerre a second time, andResistance Medal,and made an officer of theLegion of honourafter the war.[2]He served as a Communist member of theFrench Senatefrom 1946 to 1948.[2]
