Melvin LaForme(born February 6, 1953) is a Canadianrower.

Biography

LaForme was born inBuffalo, New Yorkin 1953.[1]He represented Canada in themen's eightat the1976 Summer OlympicsinMontreal,where the team came eighths.[1]He won a gold medal at the1985 World Rowing ChampionshipsinHazewinkelwith the men's quadruple sculls.[2]He represented Canada in the quad scull at the1988 Summer Olympics.[1]
