Montieriis acomune(municipality) in theProvince of Grossetoin theItalianregionTuscany,located about 70 kilometres (43 mi) south ofFlorenceand about 40 kilometres (25 mi) north ofGrosseto.
Among the churches in the town is the 14th-century church ofSanti Michele e Paolowith a painting attributed toTaddeo Gaddi.
