Moti Lal Dhar( 22 October 1914 – 20 January 2002)[1]was an eminentdrugchemist,andscienceadministratorinIndia.He remained DirectorCentral Drug Research Institute,Lucknowfrom 1960 until his retirement in 1972 and he has been the onlyKashmiri Panditto serve as Vice- Chancellor, ofBanaras Hindu University,B.H.U.[2][3]
