Myoporaceaewas a family ofplants,found mostly in Australia,[1]which included the following genera:

In theAPG II system(continued in theAPG III system), it is considered to be part of a fairly small familyScrophulariaceae,[2]along withBuddlejaand a variety of plants long classified in the Scrophulariaceae (such asLeucophyllum,North American shrubs which are the closest relatives to the former Myoporaceae.[1])
