NGC 4467is anelliptical galaxylocated about 78 millionlight-yearsaway[2]in theconstellationofVirgo.[3]NGC 4467 was discovered by astronomerOtto Struveon April 28, 1851.[4]NGC 4467 is a companion ofMessier 49and is a member of theVirgo Cluster.[5]
