NGC 7056is abarred spiral galaxylocated about 225 millionlight-yearsaway in theconstellationofPegasus.[2][3]NGC 7056 was discovered by astronomerAlbert Marthon September 17, 1863. It was then rediscovered by astronomerTruman Henry Saffordon September 29, 1866.[4]
