WWE NXT Level Up,also known asNXT Level Up(stylized asNXT LVL UP), is an Americanprofessional wrestling streaming television program.It is produced by the Americanprofessional wrestling promotion WWE,featuring performers from the promotion'sNXT brand division.Episodes are uploaded on Fridays at 10 p.m.Eastern Time(ET) onPeacockin the United States and theWWE Networkinternationally. The program features matches taped either before or after the preceding episode ofNXT.The show premiered on February 18, 2022, as a replacement for205 Live,and it goes head-to-head withAEW Rampage.

History[edit]

In October 2019,WWE's205 Live brandmerged under theNXTbrand with the205 Livestreaming televisionshow becoming a supplementary show of NXT.^[1]On February 15, 2022, WWE announced that205 Livewould be replaced by a new show calledNXT Level Up,which would stream in205 Live's former Friday night slot at 10 pmEastern TimeonPeacockin the United States and theWWE Networkin international markets.^[2]^[3]The show premiered on February 18, 2022. The commentators for the show are Blake Chadwick (using the ring name "Blake Howard" ) andByron Saxton,and the ring announcer is Sarah Schreiber.^[4]^{[better source needed]}In the main event of the inaugural episode, Edris Enofé defeatedKushida.^[5]
