Raynolds attendedUnited States Coast Guard AcademyandHarvard Kennedy School of Government.[3][4]

In November 2022, Raynolds defeated Sue Polidura in thegeneral electionfor the Rockingham 39th district of theNew Hampshire House of Representatives,winning 69 percent of the votes.[5]He assumed office in December 2022.
