Ohio's 19th senatorial districtis based in north-centralOhio,and currently consists ofDelawareandKnoxcounties as well as a portion ofFranklincounty. It encompassesOhio Housedistricts22,67and68.It has aCook PVIof R+6. The district was represented by theSenate Presidentfrom 2005 to 2010 with SenatorBill Harris.Its currentOhio SenatorisRepublicanAndrew Brenner.He resides inPowell,a city located in Delaware County.
