Osny(French pronunciation:[oni]) is acommunein theVal-d'Oisedepartment, in the northwestern suburbs ofParis,France.It is located 31.6 km (19.6 mi) from thecenter of Paris,in the "new town"ofCergy-Pontoise,created in the 1960s.
