Perry Wilson Jenkins(April 5, 1867 – June 19, 1955) was anAmerican footballplayer and coach,college president,andstate senator.He served as the head football coach atSimpson CollegeinIndianola, Iowain 1895, compiling a record of 1–1–1. Prior to that, Jenkins was a startedquarterbackatMiami UniversityinOxford, Ohio.[1]

Jenkins served as the president ofAmity CollegeinCollege Springs, Iowain the mid-1890s. He later served as thePresidentof theWyoming State Senatein 1927. He is nicknamed "The Father ofSublette County, Wyoming".[2]
