Qingxi Town(simplified Chinese:Thanh khê trấn;traditional Chinese:Thanh khê trấn;pinyin:Qīngxī Zhèn) is an urbantownin and subdivision ofShaoshan,Hunan Province,China. As of the 2015 census[update]it had a population of 48,500 and an area of 71.16 square kilometres (27.48 sq mi).[1]
History
[edit]In 2015,Ruyi TownandYongyi Townshipwere merged into Qingxi Town.[1]

[edit]TheShaoshan Expressway,which runs east throughYintian Townto Nanzhushan Town ofXiangtan Countyand the north throughHuaminglou TowntoNingxiang.Its eastern terminus is atG60 Shanghai–Kunming Expresswayand its northern terminus is atChangsha-Shaoshan-Loudi Expressway.[3]
Provincial Highway
[edit]The S208 Provincial Highway runs east through Yintian Town to Nanzhushan Town of Xiangtan County and the north throughDonghutang Townto Ningxiang.[3]
Railway
