Queso ice cream,also calledkeso ice creamorcheese ice cream,is aFilipinoice cream flavor prepared usingcheddar cheese.It is one of the most common ice cream flavors of the traditionalsorbetesice cream (usually dyed bright yellow), and is commonly served on with scoops ofube,vanilla,andchocolateice cream in one cone.[1][2][3][4][5]

It is also commonly eaten as anice cream sandwichwithpandesalbread rolls,[3][6]or made with corn kernels (a popular dessert pairing in the Philippines calledmais con queso).[7]
