Reginald Keith Phillips(born December 12, 1960) is an American former professionalfootballplayer who was acornerbackin theNational Football League(NFL). He played for theChicago Bearsfrom 1985 to 1987 and thePhoenix Cardinalsin 1988. He was selected by the Bears in the second round of the1985 NFL draft.[2]Phillips playedcollege footballfor theSMU Mustangs[3]and attendedJack Yates Senior High Schoolin Houston.

Phillips was a member of the1985 Bearsthat wonSuper Bowl XX;[4]he is best remembered for returning aninterceptionfor atouchdownin that game. He was also a member of the "Shuffling Crew" in the videoThe Super Bowl Shuffle.
