Rizalis a crater onMercury,located near the north pole. Its name was adopted by theInternational Astronomical Union(IAU) in 2019. It is named for theFilipinowriterJosé Rizal.[1]
Kirbycrater is located on the northwest rim of Rizal, andJiménezis located on the southwest rim.
