Alves was born in 1997 inWetzikon,Switzerland, to Portuguese immigrants.[2]
Club career[edit]
In 2019, Alves signed for Swiss second-tier sideFC Winterthur,helping them earn promotion to the Swiss top flight.[3] In 2022, he signed for Polish sideRadomiak Radom.[4]
International career[edit]
Alves has represented Switzerland internationally at youth level and is eligible to represent Portugal internationally through his parents.[5]
Style of play[edit]
Alves mainly operates as an attacking midfielder and is known for his ability to create goalscoring opportunities.[6]

Alves has regarded Portugal internationalCristiano Ronaldoas one of football idols.[7]He has a brother.[8]
