The Gala performance was broadcast to over 600 cinemas across the UK and Europe; grossing more than £600,000 at the UK box office alone. It beatLegendandMaze Runner: The Scorch Trialsto take the top spot at the UK box office.[5]
An edited version was later broadcast onBBC Americain the United States,[6]onSky Artsin the United Kingdom,SBSin Australia,Canal+ Extrain Spain, and onYLE Teemain Finland.[7]
Fans have petitioned for a release of the broadcast ontoDVD.[8]
