Roxbert Martin(born 5 November 1969 inSaint Ann, Jamaica) is a formerJamaican400 metresrunner, who was selected for the Jamaican4x400 metres relayteam at the1996 Summer Olympicsand won a bronze medal. He was part of the gold-medal-winning relay team at the1998 Commonwealth Games,setting thechampionship record.[1]

His personal best time is 44.49 seconds, achieved in June 1997 inKingston.This was the Jamaican record at the time but has since been broken byJermaine Gonzalesin 44.40 seconds in Monaco on 22 July 2010.[1]

Martin competed collegiately for theUniversity of Oklahoma'strack and field team.[2]While at Oklahoma he was part of a national champion 4 X 400 relay in 1997.[3]
