Rubus fecundusis a North American species ofdewberryin section Procumbentes (formerly Flagellares) of the genusRubus,a member of therose family.It has been in central Canada and in the eastern and central United States, fromQuébecandOntariosouth as far asMissouri,AlabamaandSouth Carolina.Nowhere is it very common, though most of the known populations can be found in theOzarksand theAppalachians.[2][3]
