Sakhipur(Bengali:সখিপুর) is atownofSakhipur Upazila,Tangail,Bangladesh.The town is situated 36 kilometres (22 mi) east ofTangailcity and 77 kilometres (48 mi) northwest ofDhakacity, the capital of Bangladesh.[1]
