Following his arrest on charges ofsex traffickingandracketeeringin September 2024, music industry insiders predicted that it would cast a negative light on Combs's musical legacy.^[1]According to an article inTime.com,however, a total ban of his music would be unlikely due to his pervasive influence on other artists such asThe Notorious B.I.G.^[1]
