Sei Hiraizumi
Sei Hiraizumi(Bình tuyền thành,Hiraizumi Sei,born on June 2, 1944, in the formerNukata, Aichi)is a Japanese actor. In 1964, Hiraizumi joinedDaiei Filmcompany and started his acting career.[1] In the 1970s to early 1980s, he appeared in a lot ofjidaigekiand detective television dramas as a guest villain actor.[2]
Hiraizumi starred as Koichi Matsudo inL: Change the WorLd[3]and he also starred inOsaka Tough Guys.
