Shanghe County(simplified Chinese:ThươngHàHuyện;traditional Chinese:Thương hà huyện;pinyin:Shānghé Xiàn) is under the administration ofJinan,the capital ofShandongprovince, People's Republic of China.
The population was 579,928 in 1999.[4]
