Sim Ka
Sim Kais aCambodiansenator. He is a member of theCambodian People's PartyCentral Committee[1]and was elected to representPhnom Penhin theNational Assembly of Cambodiain 2003.[2]Ka was Acting President of the Cambodian Senate in 2020 and 2021.[3][4][clarification needed]He was elected First Vice President in 2018, replacingNey Pena,who died.[5][6]
