Steve McCurrie(born1 June 1973) is an English former professionalrugby leagueandrugby unionfootballer who played in the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s.
He played representative level rugby league (RL) forGreat Britain,EnglandandCumbria,and at club level forHensinghamARLFC(inHensingham,Whitehaven),[5]Widnes Vikings(two spells),Warrington Wolvesand theLeigh Centurions,as aprop,hookerorsecond-row,and club level rugby union (RU) forBedford RFC.[1]

[edit]Steve McCurrie woncapsforEngland(RL) while at Widnes in the1995 Rugby League World Cupagainst Wales (interchange/substitute), France (interchange/substitute), and Fiji (interchange/substitute),[2]and a won cap forGreat Britain(RL) while at Widnes in 1993 against France.[3]
