TheTöölö Rowing Stadiumis arowingandcanoeingvenue located a kilometer fromHelsinki Olympic StadiuminHelsinki,Finland.
Originally constructed for the1940 Summer Olympics,that were cancelled in the wake of what became known asWorld War II,the venue was not approved by theInternational Rowing Federation(FISA) due to being exposed to sea breezes. As a result, therowingevents were moved toMeilahtiwhile thecanoeingevents took place as planned.
The Rowing Station is close toCafe Regatta,where people can rentkayaks,canoesandrowing boatsduring the summer.[1]
