Should be changed to Chilean-American and linked to page

Hello. Since this page is blocked to editing, I kindly ask you to change his description toChilean-American,despite I disagree with that description (and I know Pedro himself would find it redundant), he's already in the wiki page as prime example of "Chilean-American" I do have a trustworthy source too to prove his double nationality as Chilean (by ius solis and ius sanguinis) and US naturalised citizen: ^[2]
